Senior Service Designer – Hybrid, User-Centered Change

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join the Transformation team and help design complex services that improve resident experiences. You will guide user‑centred approaches across organisational boundaries, run workshops, and shape practical improvements for residents.

You should have service design experience, a strong grounding in user‑centred design, and evidence of CPD. Degree Level 5 or equivalent is expected, with a flexible, hybrid work model.
