Secure L1 Support Engineer – Onsite Reading

Edgewing is recruiting an L1 Support Engineer to join a secure, fast-paced environment in Reading. This initial contract offers five days per week onsite for an end-user support role focused on incident logging, triage, and first-line resolution.

Candidates must hold Active UK security clearance and be a Sole national of the UK, Italy, or Japan. The role pays up to £360 per day inside IR35 via umbrella, with a strong emphasis on customer service and ITIL-aligned processes.
