Operations Manager – Lean Manufacturing & CI

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead a busy tubular metal fabrication site in Porth, Wales. You will own factory-floor performance across laser cutting, fabrication and powder coating, driving lean initiatives and a culture of safety and accountability.

The role focuses on optimising production workflows, reducing waste, improving productivity and ensuring on-time delivery while mentoring the Production Manager and shift teams.
