Retail POS Field Engineer – London (12-Month Contract)

A&O IT Group is seeking a field-based Support Engineer to cover 10 London retail sites. You’ll ensure smooth POS operations, perform maintenance, and work with SME on site for smart hands during a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include setting up POS equipment, diagnosing issues, applying updates, and providing on-site support to store staff and customers. Weekend shifts are required (1 in 3). Requires 3–5 years in retail support and relevant certifications are desirable.
