Grounds & Cleaning Team Leader – Flexible Outdoor Lead

Pinnacle Group is seeking a proactive Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our Soft FM team in Wembley, covering housing sites across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and London. You will organise daily tasks, supervise site standards, and ensure safe completion of works while performing some duties yourself.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours a week (8:00–16:00, Mon–Fri). We value safety, service quality and leadership in a busy outdoor environment.
