Senior NPI RF Engineer for High-Precision Manufacturing

Filtronic is an award-winning company providing RF, microwave and mmWave solutions. We are seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to bridge design and manufacturing and to drive smooth transitions from prototype through to stable, high‑quality production.

You will work with RF design, Mechanical, Test, Quality and Manufacturing teams to optimise processes, contribute to DFA/ DFM, analyse RF test data and support ramp‑up and continuous improvement across multiple disciplines.
