Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Up to £58,000 + Package

We’re working with a leading and well‑respected mechanical contractor to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their service team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its engineers, with genuine opportunities to progress your career.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of their mobile service team, carrying out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, fault‑finding and diagnostics across a range of commercial air conditioning systems.

The role

• Service, maintain, fault‑find, and repair mostly commercial and occasional high‑end residential air conditioning; no social housing contracts.
• All work within the M25, mainly West London.
• Perform service, maintenance, breakdowns, fault‑finding and diagnostics on commercial air conditioning systems.
• Work on DX systems, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs and split systems.
• Cover commercial sites across London and surrounding areas.
• Mobile role with company van provided.
• Participate in a call‑out rota of 1 in 11, with a £75 retainer, first hour £75, second hour £50.

What you’ll need

• City & Guilds Level 2 F Gas and ODS Regulations (Cat 1) (2079).
• Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good attitude and ability to work well within a team.

The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be on up to £58,000, depending on experience, plus a company van, fuel card, 20 days holiday, bank holidays, call‑out pay and a bonus package.
