Electronics Production Supervisor – Lead & Improve Quality

TechPoint is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team manufacturing electronic assemblies, PCBs and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure targets for output, cost, quality and safety are met and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

The role requires proven leadership, strong understanding of production processes and effective communication to coordinate with multiple departments. Excellent teamwork and adherence to 5S practices are essential.
