Repairs Supervisor

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team, leading a dedicated group of tradespeople and subcontractors delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the Kent area. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on ensuring customers receive outstanding service while supporting and developing a high‑performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to a team of operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Monitor performance, carry out inspections and support the management of materials and resources.
• Coach and develop team members, identify training needs, manage employee relations matters and promote a positive, safety‑first culture.
• Collaborate with schedulers and customer‑care colleagues to manage workloads, resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Conduct pre‑inspections and work‑in‑progress checks, support complaint resolution and fulfil safeguarding responsibilities.
• Maintain high levels of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across the repairs service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Repairs Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Basic DBS check (required).
• Full driving licence.
• Commitment to health‑and‑safety and customer‑focused service.
