Engineering Manager – Manufacturing Site Lead

Weetabix is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering function, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of equipment and facilities on a manufacturing site.

You will guide a team of lead engineers and multi-skilled engineers, embedding strong engineering standards, statutory compliance, and safe systems of work across the site. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to improve performance.
