BMS Commissioning Engineer in Southall

Job Description

Immediate opportunities available for freelance BMS Commissioning engineers to work on a well known data centre in London. Initially 9 months work but could be extended and moved onto other projects next year. We are looking for engineers with 5+ years of experience who have strong experience working on live major/complex projects.

• Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end BMS project lifecycle, ensuring all technical and commissioning aspects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Program & Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, tracking actual progress against planned milestones.
• Documentation: Produce, manage, and submit all project documentation, ensuring compliance and client approval.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• System Coordination: Coordinate with panel manufacturers, electrical installers, and engineering teams to implement BMS solutions in line with specifications.
• Software & Control Systems: Configure and/or oversee BMS software strategies to meet operational and performance requirements, lead or support commissioning activities, ensuring systems are fully functional and meet design intent.
• Project Handover: Conduct system demonstrations, organize handover documentation, and ensure successful project completion.
