Senior QA Leader – AI-Driven Testing, Hybrid Work

Moneybox is hiring a Senior QA Lead to drive quality across our fintech products. You will mentor and coach the QA team, lead complex projects as the sole QA on a squad, and partner with developers to shape testing strategies. A risk-based approach and AI tooling will guide your testing.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, run Amigos and retrospectives, and own QA metrics while championing continuous improvement and robust release readiness. Hybrid role based in the UK.
