Electronics Production Engineer — NPI & Process Improvement

Redline Group Ltd in Berkshire is seeking a Production Engineer to join a well-established electronics manufacturing operation on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will support NPI, drive process improvements, and help optimise assembly and test activities across a modern facility serving diverse industrial customers. Working with teams across Production, Quality, Purchasing and Sales, you will develop procedures and documentation to enable smooth production.
