Line Chef – High-Volume Holiday Kitchen Lead

Away Resorts in the New Forest is seeking an experienced chef to lead a busy kitchen team during peak holiday periods. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high standards, manage portions and waste, and keep a clean, hygienic kitchen while delivering fast, quality meals from 9am to 9pm.

You’ll need 1-2 years’ line cook or chef de partie experience, strong communication, organisational skills, and resilience under pressure.
