Job Description:
Free-Work UK is seeking a Comms Maintenance Engineer (2nd Line) for field-based support across VoIP, connectivity and data networks in North Wales. You will handle escalated incidents from the Comms Helpdesk and perform required site visits when remote resolution isn’t possible.
The role requires strong SIP/VoIP experience, network troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage tickets within SLA, plus on-call weekend support rotation. Driving is required for site visits across the UK.
