Warehouse First Line Manager – 4on/4off, Temp-Controlled

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to oversee a temperature-controlled, three-chamber warehouse. You will manage 16 direct reports, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a permanent full-time role.

The position requires strong warehouse leadership, knowledge of logistics software, and the ability to work 4 on 4 off from 06:00 to 18:00. Salary is circa £32,287.50 with comprehensive benefits.
