On-Site Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

CBRE in Hertfordshire requires a Mechanical Engineer to perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on heating and air-conditioning systems, ensuring service levels are met. You will also maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems to the L8 standard and keep accurate maintenance records.

Experience with pumps, motors, valves and cooling towers, plus knowledge of health and safety obligations, is preferred.
