Field Service Engineer (Precision/ Industrial Machinery)

Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP42,000 per annum + Training + Progression + Holidays.

This is an opportunity to join an innovative UK manufacturer of precision machinery. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, repair and installation support on specialised machinery such as table saws, spindle moulders, bandsaws, edgebanders, drilling machines and CNC machinery.

The role requires travel throughout the designated patch area. No stays away or weekend work is required.

Commutable from Staffordshire, Yorkshire, Midlands, Peak District and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, repair and installation support on a variety of specialised machinery.
• Work as part of a wider service engineering team.
• Internal progression available.

Qualifications

• Experience working on precision or industrial machinery.
• Self-starting, motivated engineer looking to progress and obtain further training.
• Electromechanical skills – maintenance, servicing, commissioning.
• Commutable from Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, West Midlands and surrounding areas.
