Operating Model & Org Design Lead

HBK – Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking a Project Lead to drive transformation initiatives by translating design principles into practical organisation design, governance, and operating models. The role reports to a senior HR leader and collaborates with a small team across the organisation.
