Education Recruitment Consultant — Hybrid (Kent)

JSL Talent Partners are an education Rec2Rec agency recruiting for Kent-based schools. You will support day-to-day, long-term and permanent recruitment in Primary and/or Secondary education, alongside an experienced Business Manager.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Maidstone/Ashford office and 2 days working from home, with strong back-office support. 2+ years in education recruitment is essential; car access is preferred due to rural client locations.
