Lead Business Analyst: Shape Public Services & Teams

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape council services through insightful analysis and practical plans. You will lead a team of business analysts, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive change that delivers real value for customers.

The role is hybrid with two office days per week, with hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough and Selby. You’ll have a degree and BA qualifications, mentor colleagues, and drive strategic initiatives.
