Assistant Head of Year — Student Success Leader

Westbourne Academy in Ipswich is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to lead a team of tutors and drive improvements in student outcomes. The role spans 37 hours per week during term time, aligned to NJC Points 15–25 with a salary in the range £25,823 to £31,414 per annum.

The successful candidate will enable every student to fulfil their potential, working with staff, parents and stakeholders to raise aspiration and attainment.
