Dynamic Assistant General Manager — Lead Guest Experience

Lucky Voice is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our London venue. You will deputize for the General Manager, ensure memorable guest experiences, and drive delivery of the company strategy through exceptional service, revenue focus and team leadership.

You will lead by example, manage staff recruitment and development, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
