The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Trainee Site Manager for projects around Farnham and surrounding areas. You will work with an experienced Project Manager, receive hands-on mentoring, and access structured training to build a long-term career in site management.

Ideal candidates have a strong construction trade background and are looking to move from the tools to leadership, with good communication, organisation and a valid UK driving licence. Based locally to Farnham.
