Wellbeing & Corporate Fitness Manager — Lead Active Space

Westfield Health is recruiting a Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing Manager in Exeter to supervise the fitness centre, engage the client workforce and develop wellbeing initiatives across the Active Space. The role includes line-managing onsite staff and freelance instructors to deliver high-quality health programmes.

You will lead health/fitness promotions, monitor safety policies, and drive member engagement while coordinating with client teams to achieve positive outcomes and budgets.
