Deputy Manager – Children’s Home Leadership & Care

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Officer in Charge / Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in the UK. The role involves supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations, leading the staff team and ensuring safe, person-centred care for vulnerable children and young people.
