Senior HSE & Sustainability Leader – Manufacturing

Irwin & Colton in Bristol is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at a 24/7 manufacturing site. You will work with senior management to implement and improve HSE standards in compliance with UK legislation.

The role offers a salary of £65,000–£70,000 plus up to 10% bonus, a pension matched up to 10% and life assurance. You will drive audits, risk assessments, training, and external reporting while promoting a strong safety
