North England Wind O&M Manager (Home‑Based)

Adamas Wind, part of the Galetech Group, is seeking an experienced O&M Manager to own operational delivery across the North of England. This home‑based role requires travel to wind farm sites and regular coordination with planning, support and HSE functions.

You will lead operational teams and Lead Technicians, drive safety culture, and ensure compliant and efficient service delivery across a growing portfolio of sites. A strong wind turbine background and leadership capability are essential.
