Area Manager: Lead Cultural Change & Service Transformation

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Area Manager to join the Service Leadership Team. You will lead multiple teams, drive forward a shared vision, and deliver plans aligned with GMFRS’s strategic ambitions to make Greater Manchester a leading place to grow and contribute.

You will champion inclusive leadership, culture change, and collaboration with partners, while delivering against the Fire Plan priorities and Annual Delivery Plans.
