Your New Role

In this exciting role you will become an integral part of a rapidly expanding team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver outstanding service to a varied client base. You will take ownership of high‑quality audit assignments from planning through to completion and build and nurture strong client relationships. A key aspect of your role will be developing and mentoring junior colleagues, participating in regular team meetings, contributing to business development activities, and refining internal processes. As you grow, you will have the opportunity to develop your own portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Develop and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance, feedback and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to business development.
  • Refine internal processes and play an active role in improving audit delivery.
  • Build and nurture client relationships and develop your own portfolio of clients over time.

Qualifications

  • Recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA or ACA).
  • Robust understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience working with single entities and groups.
  • Proficiency in engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and a proactive, flexible approach.
  • Passion for coaching and developing others.
