Retail Team Leader — Lead, Service & Stock in Heritage Shop

The National Trust in Avebury is seeking a Retail Team Leader to run the shop, lead by example and drive income and profitability to support conservation work.

You’ll supervise staff and volunteers, monitor stock and promote products, while delivering outstanding visitor service. The role is permanent, annualised hours (1416 p.a.) with a 4‑day week, including Saturdays, and a salary paid in 12 monthly instalments.
