Functional Consultant

Overview

Cloudsaber is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to support our growing client base across ERP and CRM platforms. This role is central to bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure modules, deliver training, provide demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to design, test, and deliver customisations or integrations when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a track record of delivering at least one full implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Certification in at least one ERP or CRM platform, with the ability to work independently and manage workload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with data migration, integrations, or project management methodologies.
• Exposure to multiple platforms and a consulting background.
