The Role
Own and drive the development of our mobile app while ensuring consistency across our mobile ecosystem. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct research, manage launches, and champion cross‑app functionality. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to bring innovative mobile solutions to market.
Responsibilities and Core Duties
- Work with Product leadership to shape and implement the mobile app product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other Product teams to identify cross‑app functionality and shared components, driving consistency across modules.
- Establish and enforce product standards and guidelines to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Oversee qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Conduct app‑specific multivariate testing to drive enhancements.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and business metrics to inform positioning and direction.
- Communicate the app product vision and goals across engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for timely delivery of high‑quality products.
- Manage app launches and devise go‑to‑market strategies with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with mobile engineers to establish technical best practices and maintain code quality.
- Influence cross‑functional teams, promoting a culture of continuous innovation.
- Implement and enforce iOS and Android guidelines to ensure product quality.
Experience and Key Skills
- Solid experience in Product Management, focused on native or React Native iOS / Android app development.
- Proven track record of launching and iterating high‑impact mobile apps.
- Experience in mobile‑app user research, market analysis, and technology trends.
- In‑depth knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystem guidelines and best practices.
- Experience with app launch, go‑to‑market strategies, and app‑specific multivariate testing.
- Excellent prioritization and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with agile principles, methodologies, and tools, including the Atlassian suite.
- Experience working with mobile engineers and understanding of the technical aspects of native or React Native apps.
