Consents Manager – Major Infrastructure Delivery

慨正橡扯 seeks a Permits and Consents Coordinator to support the Senior Consents Manager on the Heathrow expansion and HAL capital projects. You will identify, coordinate and assure permits, licences and consents across the programme.

You will collaborate with HAL Town Planning, regulators and the supply chain, tracking milestones, maintaining records and producing reports for governance. Strong TCPA/DCO knowledge and post-consent discharge are essential.
