Introduction

An exciting apprenticeship opportunity with Bigtank to support video production and learn project management skills. You will join a friendly team of script writers, video directors, story producers, editors and animators in a fast‑paced, commercially relevant production company.

What You’ll Do

As an Apprentice Production Coordinator you will support the producer by coordinating all aspects of the production process, acting as the liaison between clients, production teams, post‑production teams and finance. You will help the production run smoothly, manage deadlines, organise documentation and book resources.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the calendar: add meeting and filming dates.
  • Prepare job cards: overview of all key project information.
  • Manage shared drive: organise and update client‑specific folders, save all documents.
  • Coordinate bookings: hotels, freelancers, hires, travel.
  • Client liaison: email and phone queries, arrange dates, logistics/locations, RAMS and insurance.
  • Finance: share budget and cost details.
  • Post‑production: liaise between post and client, schedule and monitor timely delivery.

Training Outcome

Potential for full‑time employment after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
