The Role
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading the day-to-day operation of all front‑of‑house functions. You will inspire your team, drive service excellence and ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Front Office, Reservations, Night and Concierge teams.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the entire guest journey.
- Act as the main escalation point for guest feedback and service recovery.
- Ensure efficient check‑in, check‑out and reservations processes.
- Drive upselling opportunities and support hotel revenue objectives.
- Manage departmental rotas, labour costs and team performance.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage and Revenue teams.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, GDPR and company standards.
About You
- Previous management experience within Front Office, Guest Experience or Rooms Division.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, reservations and guest service.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Commercially aware with experience of driving guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems (Apaleo experience desirable).
