At Myriad, our Trainee Project Manager programme is designed for ambitious individuals who want to develop commercial, leadership, and project management skills while building a long‑term career in sales and marketing.
Please Note: This isn’t a traditional Project Management role. It’s a hands‑on opportunity to learn how to manage sales and marketing campaigns, lead teams, and deliver successful client projects.

Your Development Journey
You’ll begin by learning how successful sales and marketing campaigns are delivered. Working alongside experienced leaders, you’ll gain first‑hand experience in customer acquisition, campaign execution, communication, and brand representation while developing a strong understanding of project delivery.
As your skills develop, you’ll progress into project coordination and management, where you’ll learn how to:
- Coordinate and oversee client sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage multiple projects across different markets
- Plan campaign activity and support successful project delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and client objectives
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop campaign teams
- Allocate resources and support day‑to‑day operations
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and business growth
As you continue to progress, you’ll take ownership of larger client projects, manage campaign teams, and become responsible for delivering results while ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of live client campaigns
- Coordinating sales and marketing projects from planning through to execution
- Working closely with campaign leaders to achieve client objectives
- Monitoring project performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing deadlines, priorities, and campaign activity
- Developing leadership and communication skills
- Supporting the recruitment, coaching, and development of team members
- Contributing to business growth through successful project delivery
