Mobile Building Manager

Permanent role with a large building/property development company. Hours: 8am-6pm (1 hour lunch) – 45 hours per week. Salary competitive, above market rate (disclosed on application). Own transport required. Location: Buildings in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reception area, welcoming visitors and staff.
• Maintain day‑to‑day building operations and ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Check cleaning standards and maintain building check sheets, including toilets and showers.
• Book meeting rooms and coordinate facilities.
• Maintain the presentation of the building exterior.
• Operate and upkeep amenity areas (coffee machine, vending machine, communal exercise area).
• Close down the building and amenity area at the end of day, ensuring readiness for the next day.
• Liaise with tenants, Facilities Manager and senior management.
