Overnight Hotel Duty Manager – Lead & Elevate Guest Experience

Leonardo Hotel Plymouth is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight team. This permanent role runs from 22:30 to 07:00, five days a week, with days varying to meet the hotel’s needs.

You’ll oversee guest safety and ensure smooth night operations. As Head of Department you’ll train and motivate colleagues, manage night stock, and respond to guest concerns to maintain high service standards from arrival to departure.
