Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer Fast-Track to Leadership

Prospero Group is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join their Leeds Team. You will conduct telephone interviews with prospective health and social care candidates, advertise vacancies, and source talent across social media, job boards, CV searches, and our branch network.

You will work with the team to coordinate each stage from application through to offer of employment and support with candidate mailers and shift bookings. A strong pipeline of temporary workers is essential.
