Shift Manager – Lead Operations & Performance (Belfast)

Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team on site in Belfast. You will oversee production, coordinate shift patterns (days, nights, weekends) and ensure quality and productivity targets are met within cost parameters.

The role requires at least 1 year in a supervisory role, plus 5 years in an operations/engineering environment, with an HNC or NVQ level III. Applications close 22 July 2026.
