Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Mansfield team. You will deliver an exceptional aftersales service, manage customer enquiries and promote value-added services, while coordinating workshop loading and ensuring accurate documentation.
The role includes strong customer communication and a professional liaison between customers and the workshop. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00am–17:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities.
