Client Server is seeking a Junior Change Manager (M365 Purview) for a remote UK role. You will support the people side of change, engaging stakeholders, coordinating communications, training, and user adoption across Microsoft 365 and wider business transformation programmes.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, monitor metrics, and help refine change strategies while leveraging Purview and AI-enabled approaches. This is a remote-first opportunity for UK-based candidates.
