CRM Automation Project Lead (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Primark is seeking a CRM Operations Projects Officer (Specialist) to deliver and optimise automation projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll translate CRM strategy into scalable journeys and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure high-quality execution.

The role requires hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data concepts, plus collaboration with Campaigns, Engagement, Technology and Data teams.
