Care Operations Coordinator – Scheduling & On-Call Support

Peak Home Assist is recruiting a Service Coordinator to organise the day-to-day delivery of care services and to support the Registered Manager with staffing, scheduling and responsive, person-centred client support.

You will produce rotas, allocate visits and monitor calls, while liaising with families, professionals and staff to maintain high standards and accurate records. This role requires 40 hours per week at Langley Mill and Burton, including on-call duties.
