Senior Emergency Social Care Lead (Out-of-Hours)

Bracknell Forest Council is recruiting an Operational Lead, a registered Social Worker with substantial leadership in multi-disciplinary teams, to drive service improvement across Berkshire’s Emergency Duty Service.

You will oversee out-of-hours responses, shape performance and workforce development, and collaborate with Health, Police and providers to deliver high-quality outcomes for vulnerable children and adults.
