About the Role

In this essential role, you will be the backbone of the office, supporting the CEO and CFO with a variety of tasks that keep the wheels turning. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day‑to‑day office management and administration.
  • Providing executive assistance, including personal appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Chasing invoices and handling various personal admin tasks for the CEO.
  • Organising meetings, managing itineraries, and coordinating communications.
  • Liaising with facilities management and addressing any office‑related issues.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well‑stocked environment.
  • Supporting the integration of AI tools and Microsoft Office across the organisation.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is self‑sufficient and can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous PA or EA experience, along with a flair for office management.
  • Proficiency in AI and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support diverse personalities.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and multitasking.
