Business Development Representative, Italian speaker

Role Overview

Business Development Representative – Commercial sales team, Italian region.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales‑accepted leads and respond to product inquiries.
• Gather actionable intelligence (competition, projects, purchase intent, etc.) for assigned accounts.
• Follow‑up on marketing‑generated leads and convert initial interest into sales‑accepted leads.
• Manage email campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
• Conduct cold‑calling telephone‑based campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
• Accurately track communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.com.
• Schedule demonstrations between the Sales team and potential customers.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, competitive personality, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with private or public cloud solutions a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a bonus.
• Excellent phone, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organisational skills and ability to thrive in a goal‑driven environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
