People & Operations Lead: HR, Culture & Facilities

YLaw Group is seeking a Manager of People & Operations to lead the firm’s HR and day-to-day operations across locations. This hands-on role requires policy development, onboarding, vendor management, and facilities oversight, with a focus on improving culture and learning initiatives.

The position is based primarily in Vancouver with weekly Langley visits and monthly Chilliwack visits. After probation, one work-from-home day per week may be available.
