Assistant Café Manager – Lead Great Service & Growth

Costa Coffee is recruiting an experienced Assistant Café Manager for a High Street brand site in Chelmsford. This full-time role, contracted to 40 hours per week, offers a salary of 31,000 per annum and the opportunity to lead front-of-house and kitchen operations with a focus on exceptional service.

You’ll oversee teams, support the manager with budgets and inventories, and ensure smooth service while upholding Costa Coffee standards. Shift patterns are 5 days out of 7.
